at any rate, i think there's plenty of use to be had from zombies. they can run without a break, so why not use that to generate energy. they often seem to have mouths that gape wide open: useful for developing new dental and plastic surgery techniques?
movie makers use them for horror. i say the invisible hand turns them into economically productive units.
zombies are definitely meat eaters, trapped in the undead state and resenting the living, they go with eating it. My understanding is that they prefer vegetarian prey however.
