zombies are definitely meat eaters, trapped in the undead state and resenting the living, they go with eating it. My understanding is that they prefer vegetarian prey however.
Our experience with Zombies is limited to watching a "Weekend at Bernie's" movie and when the character Duke became one in the Doonesbury cartoon strip. Didn't think that they ate anything!
We are a vegetarian and some might consider us a zombie because of our writings. ;-))
