So it turns out the Russian billionaires got out
and now the banks are looking for 70-100% haircuts
from depositors over 100K.....retired folks,folks with small and medium sized businesses wiped out!!
And now the News that the FDIC,FED and BOE
have been working since Dec on the same template.
In fact the UK banking act of 2009 and the Dodd-Frank
act already provide the legal authority for
depositors to be wiped out.....!
