GM Micro!

Nothing you don't know already coming up here, but let's do it anyway for kicks. ;-)

A reboot should get that other one straight back into 3D clocks. It's usually stress and more specifically temps that make it drop down in the first place. When you reboot and hopefully it goes back and you can fold again at full bore, is it then temps that make it crash/drop down? If not, I'd probably drop the overclock and see if it stabilizes. I'd rather have a card folding at stock speeds and holding 3D than an overclocked card that won't hold steady.

The GTX 460 on this computer in my office at work is running the same work unit, a 7662.

It is running it in HALF the time, PPD are over 15,000
and it is running at 61 degrees. Big difference.
