No, you're right, BAP, the main criterion is temp. I would question whether the 47 degree GPU is running at 3D clocks though, cool is good but that's a little too cool. What's the gpu and what are the ppd? This is a side issue from overclocking btw, just something that jumps out.

Do you guys know what the criterion for overclocking is? Is it temperature? I have this tool called, "Precision X" by EVGA. On one desktop it shows 80C. On the other it shows 47C. Does that mean I should make the 47C one run faster because it's cool and the 80C run more slowly because it's hot? Or do I have the wrong criterion?
