Cyprus is now old news: local (and Russian... and UK... and European) depositors will see anywhere between 3% and 13% (or more) of their deposits, depending on what the "fair" threshold of a "lot" of money is determined to be in the first revision to the deposit tax levy, confiscated and in return they will get "equity" in broke banks, and maybe some gas-linked bonds.
