In its much-awaited "autopsy" report of the GOP's problems and path forward, the Republican National Committee on Monday endorsed comprehensive immigration reform, committed to a $10 million outreach effort primarily in minority communities, and proposed major reforms to its digital operations to catch up with Democrats.
