hi clo,

you probably know more about him than me.

but i notice that the two employ the same flawed process for generating their arguments.

i saw cruz's questioning of feinstein. i saw the foundation of his ideas. i realised why he thought what he did. he did so because he doesn't understand the nature of the framework he is meant to be trained in.

maybe it is easier to see these things having ingested the architecture of english common law which is a thing of real beauty. like nature.

That's my point, I don't believe Cruz believes what he spouts. He says it to make headlines.

Like when he claimed 12 professors at Harvard were communists. He knows that's BS.

I agree, both are flawed, being set in cement works if you're an inanimate object, not a human.
