As you know CF, that would require BoD action. 1st from the compensation comm. and then the entire BoD to change the "guaranteed" bonuses and to establish bonus proformence goals. That ain't gonna happen w/o first changing the BoD. Good thoughts though but we're talking about Wave.

hi dig,

for myself, i think senior management bonuses should be paid if the company meets the revenue and profit targets it lays out for shareholders.

that solves three problems at once.

1. they will be forced to publish achievable goals.

2. if the goals are unambitious, shareholders can vote to fire the managers.

3. if they fail to achieve the goals, they don't get treated as if they have.
