Have you seen or read anything about the newer Folding Client - my current is 7,2.9. My laptop went haywire - 18 points per day estimate - hundreds of days to complete the work unit - rebooted the laptop, same thing - let her run a week thinking as soon as I had time, I'd wipe out folding and start her over - before I did that, I rebooted one more time about - Wednesday - Thursday noted that she was sitting at 99% completed with that same work unit - but didn't go any farther - nothing had changed at all on the log. Then last night still sitting at that 99% - estimated frame time was 1 minute and a few seconds - 2 hours later, still sitting there.
I uninstalled Folding, then reinstalled - Stanford site had changed the way it looked, and there are some minor changes in the Folding Control window - not drastic, but some changes - noted that the client is 7.3.something.
Just wondered if you had heard anything about it? But at least the laptop is producing again. :-)
