Only this time it's not worked related. We finally sold my mother-in-laws house up in Yakima, WA and we need to get up there and clean out the furniture, disposing of the junk, selling off/donating what has value and bringing home some last couple of boxes of family 'heirlooms' (photos, documents, etc.). When we were there last summer to do the repairs we got rid of most of the real junk and when my wife was there later in the fall when they resided and painted the house she really did a number on the garage so we're in pretty good shape.
Anyway, I get to do a true 'road test' on the new GMC Terrain. We plan to be on the road by 6:00am as we want to get through LA as early as possible. Saturday morning shouldn't be too much of problem. Our goal is to get to Redding, CA for our overnight stop and then on to Yakima, by way of Klamath Falls and Bend, OR on Sunday. We should be done by Friday and will try to start back on Saturday.
