pretty much.
they get a year to get out of the hole.
wave was once a company with an exciting opportunity and a plausible story to tell. but it has failed repeatedly to gain significant traction and in my opinion has a ceo whose commentary and performance are seriously deficient. it also appears to have a weak board with a nepotistic preference.
so nothing changes except their pay, which increases in disregard of the reality they have created.
aside from a few devotees, many folks are looking for a decent price for an exit. an opportunity is there, but wave's current team just seems incapable of grasping it. sad story.
a small cadre of investors appears intent on trying to keep folks on tenterhooks about events that are about to happen. those who have watched events unfold are aware of their dismal record. if they were honest, they'd quit predicting.
