I was coming home & witnessed this, it was amazing! 3 police cars in an exit tracking speeds & another 5 cars on the highway about 1/2 block apart. Thank goodness I was tired & driving slower ;))

New York State police troopers conducted a traffic enforcement detail on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown on Feb. 28. They issued a total of 85 traffic tickets – the majority for speeding – police said.
Several people who wrote on the Yorktown-Somers Patch Facebook page that they saw numerous state troopers on the Taconic State Parkway near the Baldwin exit on the northbound side on Thursday – as many as 8 to 10 at once.
"Sounds like they made lots of money," Tina Warada wrote.
