what a piece of crap regarding the LG arbitration... taking this long to figure out. I don't know why IDCC agreed to the delay late last fall to file briefs and got it pushed out further.
arbitrating over a 2 year old expired contract without any monies being paid for the past 2 years is a joke. No wonder we took SAM to court as soon as theirs was done. I was hoping that it wouldn't provide a blueprint for all expired licenses... at least SAM didn't invoke the arb defense (yet).
i hope management learns their lesson and punts on putting an arb clauses in contracts b/c it takes just as long as the courts.
