I am so pleased to see the rope being tightened, slowly, but being tightened around nokia's neck. I finally believe the courts have seen the light and realize, cutting the baby in half with nokia will never produce a fair result. The fins, the rest of mens, and now the dipshit thieves out of asia have manipulated and rightly expected the american courts to CONTINUE TO give in. The relentless threat our intellectual property rights face today is BECAUSE OUR COURTS FAILED TO DEFEND AMERICAN PROPERTY in the past.

However, now appears these unelected armchair cowboys have finally been shit on enough, that they are not taking it anymore. And all I can say to that is, "IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!"

we're at what UB has called a pressure point....frankly i think after the OUII opinion and the adding of the lumia series phones to the potential ban...the pressure point has turned into a choke point...sumptins got to give...maybe those rumours about a breakthrough in the nokia negotiations are more than just talk Naughty Naughty Naughty Naughty Naughty Naughty
