Hi guys. Haven't checked in for awhile. Hope you guys have recovered out from the storm. Didn't hit here in New York.

micro. Those cabinets looks good. We also have a black counter top. I think it's called, "Ubba Tuba" picked out by my wife.

Ice? Was duitit referring to the sidewalk I hope? My physical therapist always asks me about my home exercises: "Did you apply ice afterward?" I find that works great when you apply an ice pack on the area. Can you try that after walking? Ten minutes not directly on skin is recommended. If it works, you can avoid drugs. Check w doctor.

Sun,

and here I thought you were giving V-Golf an opportunity to catch back up to you on output.

Should have known it was something like this. Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

I took duit's counsel and stayed off the ice. No need to undo a perfectly spine surgery. I believe I have had enough of the operating room and supporting the medical workers and would like to just concentrate on getting back to 100 percent and healing.

The progress is excellent. My only nagging ongoing thing is my right hip. Every time we walk that thing gets inflamed, as if there is a muscle or something there that hasn't gotten rid of the inflammation from the surgical procedure yet and just hangs out.

I am tempted to go see my family doc and ask for one of those ten day countdown packs of Prednisone which gets rid of inflammation better than anything.

In summation, I am pleased. I am also pleased I did not go ICE SKATING, and thus avoided any falling on my face, rear, front, or any other position yesterday! Laughing Laughing

OH. We had new tile laid in our kitchen above the black granite countertops and it looks awesome!
It only took us three years to agree on tile! Laughing Laughing Laughing But it is finally done and looks really nice. It adds a finishing touch between the granite and under the wall cabinets.

I'll see if I can post a pic later! Mrs. micro is happy so that is all that matters anyway.

Hope Sun and Duit got dug out of the snow!!!!

No back aches either I hope!

Mark, how did you fare with that storm? Get any accumulation?

Our next project is to tear off all the aluminum siding trim under the eaves of the house and all the trim around it and replace with new vinyl. Then, I move on to the next thing on the bucket list!!!!!

IT"S SATURDAY!! Enjoy the day everyone! Go team!!!!!!!
