...nope, Romney got the republican establishment vote. Lotsa tea party folks sat home. Why vote for "obama lite".

...besides, it don't matter who's votes ya got. Ya won. Now all ya gotta do is figure out how to implement yer agenda with 53 percent of the public standing around with their hand out while 47 percent telling ya to go "F" yerself.

Au contraire, Romney ONLY got his base.
That IS the problem ribit.

Obama won big with Hispanics, Asians, Blacks, Women, Gay's, Jews.

Its been noted, with every election 2% of the electorate is less 'White.'

And... with 'McCarthy like' Sen. Ted Cruz from Texas, republicans are in danger of losing Texas.
