Micro,

Yes - typo - it's a 660.

Once I got the new power supply installed and resolved that issue - the GPU was knocking down a fairly consistent 28,000 ppd in the old set-up.

And that's pretty consistent for what it's doing in the new set-up as well.

The CPU points seem to fluctuate quite a bit more than the GPU - seems to depend on work units and they've been pretty varied for it.

Hope that helps.

Sun :-)

Thanks for the info.

Question.

The video card you put in Hollywood was a GTX 660 Ti and NOT a 650, right????? Typo ???

Also, it seems, and I could be wrong, that AFTER you upgraded the motherboard and the Processor to a hyper threading (8 threads, 4 cores) core I-7 and have newer memory to go with it, that is when your points took off again.

It appears to me the GPU was doing about 30,000-40,000 PPD and then the CPU added to that a lot as well.

Nice to know that I can run that card in my existing set up and hardware.
Thanks a bunch!

micro... Very Happy
