If the Republican Party does not officially and publicly distance themselves from the NRA and Wayne LaPierre immediately this will destroy them as sure as the day is long. That so-called 'letter' includes all the worst of Right-Wingerism in America today; racism, hatred of Obama, an apocalyptic view of the world, xenophobia, etc. If the GOP doesn't condemn him, and those who are paying his bills, after this screed they deserve whatever happens next.
