No worries there with me over doing it. Doc said I could go back as long as I didn't pick anything up.
I have employees who can do that so I'm okay there.
Mrs. micro is very good at going walking every day with me. I need to do that and it is good for me anyway. A good routine and habit to get into.
One week almost over with already!
My goodness how time flies.
Feeling very good and only a minor bit of soreness that seems to work out after the first half mile of walking. I think it is just a muscle that needs some stretching and use.
Anyway, the operation seems to have been very successful for which I am very thankful.
Are you going to get some of that SNOW being talked about nailing the northeast today?
