Middle bro & his cousin hunting buddy started off in our local National Guard unit, went on to join, served in Korea along the early days of the DMZ... What they got into there, never translated into bringing any of it home in any way... Where I'm fed up with is an idiot that back a couple years and still, laughs about the Kent State tragedy as though their rights to freedom, free speech meant nothing, that it was all about him, not the bigger issues they were protesting. A lot of people knew, like Iraq, that Viet Nam was wrong, stepped up, and long term made a difference. How is that opposition, peaceful, unarmed, opposition ever a capital offense to any normal mind?

I'm just sick of the stupidity behind the keyboard in Georgia... As well the complete idiocy of LaPierre as he plays the fool he is... Even the slaughter of the little kids brings no remorse,no sanity at all...

What they need do is take it all back to the whole small arms industry, restore the liability for every weapon sold... Make it very unprofitable to be in the business of murder...

The sickos need to go back under their rocks...

Dear Weco,
Kent State is no doubt a tragedy.

I served in the National Guard. I had many friends serving in the Ohio National Guard at the time.
All good men. All good Americans.

The slaughter of the innocents at Kent State was a horrific accident.

Why those Guardsman were armed on that campus on that fateful day remains a hideous mistake, and always will be a hideous mistake.

For an absolute fool like LaPierre to ascribe defense of the slaughter is evil. It is a defamation of the brave men who wore the uniform, and it belittles the students who were killed.

Remember that LaPierre is a gun running fool.
Remember that LaPierre pays for his dinner with money from gun manufacturers and bullet makers and the other well known merchants of death.

How a man celebrates America by defining justice as the 2nd Amendment is his problem. Not the problem of the American people.

When Congress in it's wisdom ultimately supports the gun legislation that this nation so obviously needs, men like LaPierre will be screaming for more of the death that they depend upon.
