hi doma,

drones seem to have been used three times on Americans. Each time in the Yemen.

They clearly are not used often against US citizens.

I think there is no cost-free remedy at the moment for the us to use against folks who want to blow up airplanes and who operate from within lawless zones.

where there is a state, then the use of local law is feasible.

The different standard was not Americans v's
non-Americans.............don't recall Obama
striking his drones down on some terrorist holed
up in London or Paris.

Now Americans can be killed by Obama's drones
without a trial,under his direct order if they
are judged to be "an enemy of the state"......

What goes around comes around i guess......
