There was a hushed lockdown in Stockton yesterday...

The last time I stayed, worked there, the motel was the first where all the windows are barred, the sign in desk was a bulletproof glass window, armed patrols, and they said to go straight to your room, do not wander the area after dark. Half the parking meters were gone, the other half had their coin boxes ripped out... Many incentives to get the project done, and leave!
