Shot in the dark here, do any errors show up in the log for the video card within Folding?

Have you downloaded the most current drivers for it? I'm thinking the one in the PCI Express slot - not the other slot.

I was also curious as to whether you had tried flipping the cards around or if that was even possible? Putting card two in the PCI Express slot and card one in the PCI slot? Remember - I'm not a General like the rest of you guys are - I'm still just barely above a Private and often times get busted back to Private at that ;-)
