Sun,

They are basically plug and play - cable the main one into the SATA-0 port, the next one into the Sata-1 port, etc. I'm guessing the BIOS will recognize them at boot up and configure them, but every now and again you have to go into the BIOS and tell it that something resides there......

Micro and Mark,

OK - you've both told me I can, now tell me how? ;-)

I know on the old IDE drives, it was by jumpers - and I do know that my old SATA hard drive has a place for jumpers. Is that what I want to do or have things improved in the last few years and there's an easier way to do it?

Sun :-)
