Sun, and if that doesn't do it, did you run all the driver disks/cd's that came with the hardware? ok, then google 0x0000007B and start from the top. It's a common error msg on the bsod.

I'd recommend checking the memory - making sure they are all seated properly and locked in snugly, in matching slots, etc. If that isn't it, I'd try one stick of memory at a time to see if some work, and maybe perhaps one bad one doesn't.
