Twas said relative to earth. Think we both know this isn't an earth-centric system.
But if you are referring to the sun's movement within the milky way. Sure. But the Bible isn't talking about that. It has no significance to the story.
Nor does anyone seriously believe that the sun stopped moving around the milky way for Joshua's sake.
The Biblical requirement for the sun to move around earth was the issue with Galileo.
The Catholics have conceded this point. Maybe you haven't.
