Great!
Oh man. Hamstring's are awful when they get stretched beyond their comfort zone. Talk about hurt and hobbled. That was what we had to worry about so much when I played football "a few years ago", ha ha!!!!
Same thing with baseball.

You did well to pick up another router.
The switch would have worked as well had you found it because your incoming internet connection comes to a modem supplied by the internet provider and usually has some security built in.

So, the switch would have allowed you to hook up several computers as well. I like it that you took time to pick up a router, which is a step up!

Back is coming along. I am probably at about 80 percent and simply need to keep doing my exercises and walking daily.
You are so correct about the CORE.
That is where the emphasis and focus has been with the exercises.

WHEN I finally lose the excess I have protecting that valuable core, I am convinced there is likely a six pack under there someplace! Laughing Laughing Rolling Eyes

Until I started doing these LIFTS, reverse arches while laying on the floor on my back with legs bent and back coming up arched while core is just crunched and holding for ten counts, I was not improving as well as I should have. THOSE have helped a lot, plus walking over two miles every day.

Doc said walk, and walk some more even when you don;t feel like it. Best thing I can do.

SO, every day my wife and I go to the mall and we walk over a mile after lunch and then return after we eat our late afternoon dinner to do the same thing.

I want to make it three miles eventually but am still working up to that point AND she cannot physically do that with her artificial right knee, at least not yet.

My goal is still to lose more weight so I am on a diet as well. Hopefully when summer arrives I will be quite a bit reduced in weight and in inches. Nothing excessive. Need to shed about 25 pounds. That would be a GREAT start.

Time for me to go read awhile before I fall asleep.

See if you can get that machine hooked back up to the internet and cranking again!

the best,

micro... Very Happy

Thank you micro. Went out today and got a four port wireless router. Had to straighten out corrupted firmware with Netgear due to my messing up wired connections or something. The old router was blown because I put it in the wall instead of the surge protector. I still have that switch somewhere. You had recommended it a couple years ago and should come in handy if I remember where I put it.

How's your back coming along? I pulled a right leg hamstring back on Dec 22 and now have a PT guy working on it. Also have a great bunch of back exercises from the PT guy. If anyone here is interested I will be happy to introduce some to you. They've cleared up a back thingie I've had for years which is amazing. The idea is to balance the "core" back muscles into relaxing.
