Since dealing with the obstructionist congress, I do think the majority (that the People voted for) should be responsible & have their policies enacted.
This should be what happens after elections.

Republicans have made it impossible, they have filibustered & stonewalled governance.

Likewise, when the dem's are the minority, they would face the same rules.
