From the CDC, the average number of abortions per year, over the term(s) of the following presidents:

Raygun 1.32M
Poppy 1.40M
President Clinton: 1.28M
W: .84
President Obama (to date): .81M

Percentage increase/decrease of abortions inception of term to conclusion of term, by president:

Raygun: +8%
Poppy: -5%
President Clinton: -35%
W: -4%
President Obama (to date): -4%

Lessons:

Great increase in abortions during Conservative icon term. Great decrease in Centrist Democrat term.
