Inter-galactic wingnuts live in an impenetrable shell of fear and ignorance but those of us who are confined to solving problems here in our galaxy, can't imagine why you do. But for the record, Reagan/ Bush 1 committed treason by negotiating with the Iranians without the knowledge of the State department. The American hostages were held longer so their release would not be a boon to Carter's re-election. Reagan and Bush then used their close friendship with our sworn enemy to commit even bigger crimes.
All this is forgotten in wingnut world and somehow in that hyper-space of reality erasing rationalization, the picture in your mind becomes; "Carter, who broke no laws, was bad and Reagan, who committed treason, violated his oath of office, subverted the law and lied is a paragon of virtue."
