OK - I now see at least part of what happened. Things had started to go up, but temperature cooled a little, and power dropped a tiny bit, then they really dropped.

I just checked the folding - I lost the work unit - unstable machine and she's started a new one. :-(

ArVee,

When you say 2:1 - the 1344 cores = 672 shaders?

Also - I have the options of adjusting GPU clock offset, MEM clock offset, and power target.

Currently, GPU clock is at 1162 MHZ and Memory clock is at 3005. Power is at 66%.

Temperature is at 76% with the fan at 47%.

Do I want the GPU and Memory clocks to go up?

I played with them a little and doing that actually was lowering my power and temperatures cooled - that's why I ask. Also - right after the adjustment, those clocks went up for a couple minutes - then really dropped - so now I'm not at all sure what I'm doing.

I've never over-clocked anything - so am not at all sure about what I'm doing

Right now, I have EVGA Precision X. It actually looks a lot like Afterburner did.
