Hi Sun --

That would indeed be good if that's the end of the 660 snags. Sometimes just takes perseverance and dogged determination. the good help we get in here helps too. Good spot on the p/s outlets btw.

Shaders are matched up 2:1 to cores on recent cards. Adjust cores if you're sure there's no choice to do so for shaders. Now the fun part for you begins, I loooooove o/c'ing. Go at it with the clock speeds alone would be my advice, then when you start crashing it, up the voltage a tad if you have that option. It's pretty well by guess or by golly filtered by common sense deal, so have fun! Watch your temps as you're going, having a stable o/c at 85 degrees celsius in the middle of winter will not treat you well six months from now. 85 is too hot anyway, the card might fold ok but you're shortening its life. Oh that's the other thing you can likely adjust or at least watch, card fan speed.

2.22 is not a choice anymore, but good memory.

Yes, 250 folding in Knight Rider I mean Kitt is a natural.

ArVee,

So far, she's run 24 hours without a shutdown and without slowing down anytime I open something up.

I think we've got it resolved. Now - what do I tweak to try and get a tiny bit more out of the card ;-) I know that on the Asus 250, that there was an interface that I could up the shaders and it ws called just that "shaders" and you said to bump that up, but not to adjust a couple of other things as they wouldn't increase the folding speed and would only add heat. But on neither Afterburner or EVGA Precision X do I see anything called shaders to adjust.

I asked about the version as I know there was some discussion a short while ago about 2.25 being a lot slower on the work unit than 2.22 so when I saw the 2.25, thought I'd ought to ask.

Sun :-)

p.s. I'm thinking that Stanford may not be quite up-to-date for some reason right now - looks like most of us are a little down on points and I had a 14,000 point unit that uploaded and should have shown up on the last update that didn't, so am thinking others may have the same thing?
