Clo,

Do you remember 4 years ago, a few weeks after the inauguration, the Department of Homeland Security released a very similar report, and it was Obama and Janet Napolitano who were condemned (despite the fact that the report was written while Bush was still president) by the GOP and the Right-wing media machine for suggesting that there even was a domestic terrorist threat in America, particularly it coming from the Right? At the time the wackos claimed that if there was a threat it would be coming from the Left, like from radical environmentalists and the LGBT communities...

A study for the Combatting Terrorism Center, a think tank associated with the United States Military Academy at West Point, warns of the threat posed by rightwing extremists. It identifies the potential for violence in groups defined a “far-right,” and provides a “[C]onceptual foundation for understanding different far-right groups and then presents the empirical analysis of violent incidents to identify those perpetrating attacks.”
