no ruler, no rules. if you take the iron out of the system of law, if you make it voluntary, if you remove enforcement from the equation, then the rules cease to exist.

there's no useful distinction between the notion of the absence of a ruler and the absence of rules. unless you are trying to get at the difference between democracy and - say - monarchy. but if you are trying to say democracy equals anarchy, i think you need to define your terms.

Hi Alea.....

You are using the definition that anarchy means
No Law.....i am using the original greek definition
that anarchy means without a Leader or Ruler....

What is the logic that dictates that a society
that lives without a Leader or Ruler but with
a rule of Law and freedom decays into a
violent society?
