Oh! Hint when suspicion of problem: make sure you're in Advanced mode (top right hand corner, then press the Log tab, then check the Warnings and Errors box. Tada!

I'll get them talking to me again - if only to satisfy their curiosity - eventually. ;-)

Also - where would I find past log files with this version 7 client? Are they gone for good if it restarts? I think Hollywood might have been down this afternoon, but I don't know that for sure and I'm not sure when she would have gone down or if she was repeatedly starting and stopping.

p.s. my points dropped yesterday as Hollywood was out of commission for most of the afternoon.
