...sandy wasn't a hurricane, it was a rain storm. The problem with passing the bill as it stood was that there was more earmarks in it than there was relief for the victims.

What can you expect when Fox news spent the night that Sandy came ashore in New York and New Jersey discussing the "scandal" surrounding the Benghazi raid!
