If you get a chance, watch Steve Clemens interview with Rachel, on last night.

He offers solid reasons Hagel would be good for the position.

He makes a great point, when its time to cut spending in defense, having a republican lead the way helps.

Many in congress were wrong about Iraq, Hillary was among them, & Joe Biden.

In my opinion, many democrats were in fear of being called soft on terrorism if they didn't support the Iraq war... doesn't make me proud....
But at least a list of dem's did oppose.
They consider Chaffee a 'r', but he's never been a real 'r'.
So in reality NO republican opposed the war.

i'm against him.

wrong on iraq both ways - supported bush's war at the beginning, and then wanted to walk away from the mess when the going got tough.

for me, this says he has judgement issues.
