...a majority of the gerrymandering is done to assure a representative number of minority candidates getting into office. I live in Ga cong district 13.

The percentage of the House seats that are locked into gerrymandered districts is way too high, needs to be undone, rebalanced, opened up to a real election... With computer mapping, data available, redraw all the lines to a 50-50 split... See where that takes us... or go to a Senatorial program, mandatory even split at the State level, based on population, but either at large or computer generated splits... Pull the Red Staters out of their hidy holes..
