not that anything is going to happen! the constitution makes it almost impossible.

its inflexibility makes disunity more likely in the end.

if a country cannot modify itself gradually to suit its circumstances, then change will eventually appear in more punctuated and violent forms.

although i think the bill of rights is also a mess - witness the recent second amendment issues.
