We removed all the steri-strips from the incision this morning. That went okay.
I have intentionally today stretched out my pain pills a little more and am only taking one at a time.
Doing one every four hours. This might be the best formula for me yet.
The stiffness and soreness is still pretty intense, especially if I try to get up from being seated for more than a few minutes.
Over-all I am pleased with the process so far. I am finding out that this will take longer than I thought it would, but am okay with it because it is a healing kind of pain. That means when it heals, it should be over.
