Hi all, I speculate that the Speaker put plan "B' out there (w/ Cantor saying publicly they had the votes) as a negociating tactic to get the WH to cave - then if the WH didn't cave - he'd hold the vote and ask his caucus to defeat it just to show the WH he couldn't even get a much weakened revenue increase to pass. Just all bluster. I'm prepared to go over the cliff if that is what it takes - this really is war. Good luck to us all.
