Up for another session of walking.

That back area sure does get stiff if you are not stretching those muscles.
I need mrs. micro to help me get up from being seated.

She is a great nurse!

Today I am stretching out the pain pils. Cannot take two at one time even though doc said I could. Just too much and I ave developed a rash from it.

So Instead of 4 times a day, which was original schedule, I am going to take one pill every three hours.

Not as much as taking two at a time buty maybe enough to take the cutting edge off.

We shall see!

Say, anyone want to send me a new video card for Christmas?

Ah, never mind. Stupid me. I cannot get on the floor to pick up the computer to install it.

Man my mind goes astray when on high strengths of Pain meds.

I believe I can see a little progress and know that if I am faithful with my short walks it should loosen up and get better.


Y'all just keep on doing your folding and I'll concentrate on my end as well.
