don't you think the use of medication is usually the effect rather than the cause? that for instance, schizophrenia is a condition that mostly is improved through the administration of drugs? - even if it isn't cured.
i think it is entirely possible that kids are exposed to man-made chemicals which cause problems for those vulnerable to them. but how they may be exposed, i am not sure. water? cleaning agents? pesticides? vehicle emissions? aspirin?
it's not like nature is entirely benign either.
but we have the problem and cannot wish it away in the abstract. what to do about kids like this one?
i think there must be some sort of mental care facility.
