i'm going to hazard a guess. wave's budget is in much better balance.

there's a better case to make that orders are considerably stronger in q4.

Exactly.

There's information in the lack of dilution.

I think this is a significant moment.

Significant because they are unable to raise money, or because they don't need to.

Or, of course, significant because they are diluting the stock further.

If they don't need to, is it because they have cut down the company to fit their revenue? Or has revenue grown to meet their costs?

Best answer for shareholders is the last one. But it would be a surprise, given the lack of news.
