I much prefer getting shot by some asshole who legally owns his gun, rather than some asshole who doesn't.

I see that I am not alone in owning firearms and disagreeing with the NRA on some points.

Funny, I've re-read my comments several times, and have yet to see where I claimed you advocated making guns illegal. I bet you will be at the head of the line turning in guns and accessories deemed 'too dangerous for civilian ownership' when the time comes.

Do you think this is a gun-ownership issue? That the fact someone owned a gun is the reason someone opted to open fire in a school?

I just think there's a whole lot more to this than gun ownership. I want to know WHY, not just HOW. Unfortunately, a lot of people tend to focus on a single aspect of such a tragedy.
