Exactly.

There's information in the lack of dilution.

I think this is a significant moment.

Significant because they are unable to raise money, or because they don't need to.

Or, of course, significant because they are diluting the stock further.

If they don't need to, is it because they have cut down the company to fit their revenue? Or has revenue grown to meet their costs?

Best answer for shareholders is the last one. But it would be a surprise, given the lack of news.

Hi CF, I don't see how they made it this far. Even after the Oct $3.3M, I figure they were at least $3.7M shy of meeting just 9/30/12 current liabilities. (that doesn't include any ATM money) They're in a deep hole and are still shoveling. Have sales increased 50%? A/P pushed out further? Expenses been trimmed a bunch? Probably some of each but even so I think they must need more financing ASAP.
