Hi CF, I don't see how they made it this far. Even after the Oct $3.3M, I figure they were at least $3.7M shy of meeting just 9/30/12 current liabilities. (that doesn't include any ATM money) They're in a deep hole and are still shoveling. Have sales increased 50%? A/P pushed out further? Expenses been trimmed a bunch? Probably some of each but even so I think they must need more financing ASAP.

at wave by the end of the week, then most likely good things are happening under the bonnet. finally.

why? mid-month compensation payments have been covered. suggesting more robust cash flows this quarter than last.

but my uninformed guess is that dilution is likely this week.
