My opinion is nobody, but nobody is going to utilize the TCG technology in significant numbers without first the NSA/DOD/DIB/NIST/NATO Gov'ts getting their act together and mandate the use of said tech.
They all have had to wait forever to get significant critical mass of the Tech in place, tweak it to make sure it can work (endless pilots) and they must (JMHO)be getting close to doing something about it. Much is at stake as we all know that read the various boards around defending the nations from cyber attacks.
While those endless pilots were taking place the industry developed the next generation of the TPM 2.0 that will Satisfy the Chinese's concerns that the TPM should support multiple algorithms. It also allows the TPM to be Virtulized in the data center when using a hypervisor etc.
Nobody has been right on guessing when lift off will take place (I'm a bust at it) but something has to give soon JMO there is just way to much third party stuff being written about and tech companies continuing to align behind the movement (smart card industry, GlobalPlatform etc.).
Maybe those early development projects and flag planting that Wave did in the early years will come home to Roost.
We shall see or not.
