It is a strange svengali-like thing that goes on amongst the dotters.

It isn't impossible that Wave will sell some of its services at some point. But the communications are utterly broken for me. And there is little in the numbers to arouse hope. Only slight surprise is the lack of dilution in November.

The DoD operates at its own pace, whatever the heck that is - knowing it is very slow or molasses.

it is rather simple, in the absence of selective pressure, deleterious alleles are as likely as not to persist. There is no selective pressure at Wave, or at least certainly not at the top.

So you say, "what makes him unable to learn" when the truth is "why should he bother to learn".

There is no incentive to learn. I suspect that eventually their will be incentive, indeed, I believe that is starting to occur, but not at the level or severity required. He did, for the first time ever suggest that Wave might have something to do with Wave's situation ... so he is finally getting some pressure (from the various PIPE folks no doubt).

But I have no hope for this company. I am willing and able to amend that view in the future, but currently, I find their structure one that blocks learning, adaptation, resource allocation, and anything resembling fitness-on-the-fly.

In other words, they have all of the traits of the three toed sloth, and none of Homo erectus. Should they undergo a significant process of selection for more advantageous alleles, I expect I will be able to notice.

On balance I am ok, in one sequestered area I was over exposed. I regret that. So it goes.
